Next up from NECA’s TMNT 1/4 scale action figure line is this Raphael collectible figure that’s based on his appearance in the classic 1990s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
Following up on the Donatello figure that first surfaced, this second release features the red bandana wearing Turtle brother ready to battle with sai weapons and a slice of pizza. The figure also features interchangeable hands and stands 16 1/2 inches tall with 30 points of articulation.
